Responsibilities

• Design and Document ShopBack Business Processes
• Identify and prioritize backlog of feature requests from the business
• Monitor and manage releases and bug fixes
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate third-party solutions with our proprietary backend systems
• Train users and drive adoption for the processes released
• Conduct user acceptance tests and work with key stakeholders on adoption of new processes
• Measure the impact of new processes and measure the productivity improvement metrics
• Support stakeholders to monitor business metrics through the creation of reports and dashboards
