Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward
• Strong analytical skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights/ideas
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Passion for learning and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and technology

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and industry insights
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to leadership team and internal stakeholders
• Assist in identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement across various operational facets (operations, marketing, sales, pricing…)
• Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions
• Actively engage in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities
