Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business continuity, incident management, risk management, and compliance
  • Proven experience developing and implementing business continuity and incident management strategies
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Experience working in regulated environments, preferably within the financial sector
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are up to date and tested
  • Facilitate risk assessments and advise on strategies to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions
  • Manage incident reporting, coordination, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CSSF, NYDFS, MAS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ITIL)
  • Act as a single point of contact for compliance-related stakeholder inquiries regarding business continuity and incident management
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide transparency in business continuity and incident management activities
  • Support the information security management system as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
