  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for requisitions and project submissions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide status updates on projects and processes
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and procedures, maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with requisition systems like ServiceNow, PPM, and PeopleSoft
