Business Data Analyst I

Summary

You will collaborate with teams to deliver data insights, build dashboards, and ensure data quality. This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with data visualization tools. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and present findings. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree
• Excellent analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries
• Experience documenting data flows and processes
• 1+ years of hands-on SQL development
• And to provide deliverables within the expected timeframe
• Work with teams
• Experience profiling data, including data discovery, cleansing, and analysis

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and deliver data insights
• Contribute to key operations by establishing and reviewing KPIs, SLAs, thresholds, and escalation procedures
• Build and present dashboards to audiences
• Be a data steward to monitor and improve overall data quality
• Review and validate data for accuracy
• Define and document ongoing process changes and improvements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis
• Work closely with internal clients, senior team members, and external vendors to build relationship and maintain solid working relationships
• Aggregate, analyze our data through quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and business plan presentation
