Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in BI data analysis, reporting, and data visualization
  • Demonstrated experience implementing reports or dashboards for stakeholders
  • Expertise in Power BI or an equivalent BI tool
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally but can work independently as needed
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and business decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including our e-prescribing and eligibility platforms
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that track key business metrics such as customer transactional volume
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders (product, operations, and revenue teams) to improve business workflows and performance
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Create interactive, user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards that clearly present business-wide, or customer-specific, metrics to non-technical users
  • Optimize and automate Power BI reports to ensure timely and consistent access to up-to-date information
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Partner with the data engineering team to inform data architecture, storage, and processing
  • Provide insights that support strategic decision-making for product development, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific business initiatives, product development, or troubleshooting
  • Research new trends and technologies within healthcare technology and the e-prescribing space to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration)
