Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and revenue cycle management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Metabase or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in a customer-facing role and a track record of successful sales efforts
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from various sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and provide analytical support
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve healthcare delivery
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and projects
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• As needed, work with CFO/Finance department to analyze company data and statistics- create a recurring dashboard of metrics to share with key leaders and all leaders within the company to identify progress towards company wide initiatives/goals/KPIs
• As needed, create and share dashboards with Customer Success (or other service departments) leadership to display performance of CS team members, centralizing data from multiple sources (CRM, HelpDesk, Task Management, Pendo etc.)
• Support enterprise clients by providing expert guidance on the Prompt BI platform
• Lead sales efforts for the Prompt BI platform, including identifying opportunities, conducting demos, and closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
