Summary

Join Binance's Central BD team as a marketing and business development support specialist. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns with Binance partners to boost brand awareness and Binance Pay usage. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign setup and support partner onboarding and account management. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identify growth areas, and support operational aspects. Build best practices and business use cases. This role requires a proven track record of delivering results, strong problem-solving and communication skills, robust analytical skills, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives with partners to drive greater brand awareness and usage of Binance Pay (e.g. campaigns, PR and communication plan) and coordinating with internal stakeholders on campaign set-up (creatives, copywriting, design etc)
• Support the BD team with partner pitches, onboarding and account management of Binance pay such as merchants, payment acquirers, payment technical service providers, Defi wallets etc
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, market research and competitor analysis related to crypto payments
• Collaborate with the product and marketing functions to identify strategic areas of growth and execute on strategic business expansion plans
• Support operational aspects of the business include partner onboarding, customer support, program tracking & management
• Build best practices and business use cases with external partners and internal stakeholders
