Business Sales Development Representative

Join Tellent as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and embark on a fulfilling career journey. As a BDR, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth within the Benelux region by identifying and developing new sales opportunities with both potential and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in the sales process, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals. Your responsibilities will include identifying commercial opportunities, utilizing the SPICED methodology to qualify leads, collaborating with marketing and partner management on campaigns, and leveraging modern tools within a forward-thinking SaaS team. The first year will involve comprehensive onboarding and training, followed by progressively challenging responsibilities and career advancement opportunities. Requirements

• You’re full of positive energy and motivation
• You have a commercial mindset and want to (learn to) sell in a smart, consultative, and human way
• You speak and write Dutch fluently and speak English well
• You’re curious, ask questions, and aren’t afraid to make mistakes

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities with new and existing customers
• Use the SPICED methodology to determine if a lead is truly ready for Sales
• Follow up on campaigns and projects in collaboration with Marketing and Partner Management
• Work with modern tools and systems in a forward-thinking SaaS team
