Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional sales, business development, or similar client-facing position experience
  • Proven success selling within the B2B marketing or advertising industry
  • Intrinsically motivated, self-starter, growth mindset
  • Experience working with small, growing, and large agencies
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to implement long-term goals
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Strong ability to set and achieve goals
  • Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Advanced knowledge of sales strategies, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Regularly track and report sales metrics to leadership
  • Spearhead new business strategies and initiatives
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Partner with clients to explore and implement media tactics
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities
  • Work with the President and senior leaders on strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to drive company growth
  • Leverage your network and industry relationships for business development
  • Active engagement with team, and alignment on core value
