Summary

The internship requires commitment to at least five months, with two days per week in the Shanghai/Hong Kong/Manila office and the remaining three days working from home.

Requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese
• Experience in managing Meta business accounts and designing FB ads
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva or other visual ad design tools
• Able to commit to at least five (5) months to the internship
• Required to work two days per week in the Shanghai/Hong Kong/Manila office, with the remaining three (3) days working from home

Responsibilities

• Create engaging Facebook/Instagram content and ads using eye-catching visuals and trending topics, and optimizing FB/IG accounts
• Support the scouting, negotiation, and selection of influencers/KOLs, and coming up with creative influencer marketing strategies
• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor strategies (including pricing, marketing budgets, promotional strategies, SEO rankings, reviews, product launches, etc.) to ensure we maintain a competitive edge, and proposing actionable plans
• Analyze customer journeys and website optimization to boost revenue
• Assist in the strategic growth and operational management of our market efforts, taking initiative to drive success rather than just waiting for instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Visual Creatives Portfolio is welcome
• Leadership experience in student organizations is a plus
