Summary
Join the AUTO1 Group as a Business Development Manager and contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy. Collaborate with management on strategic projects, provide training and coaching to leaders, and shape the organizational culture. You will advise stakeholders on HR-related matters, build strong relationships with leaders, manage projects and processes, and develop HR guidelines. This role requires excellent time and project management skills, proactive communication, and fluency in German and English. The position offers 100% remote work throughout Germany, flexible working hours, 28 days of vacation, and a supplementary contribution to the company pension plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field and practical experience in project management, consulting, business development or a similar role - experience in the HR environment is a plus, but not a must
- Excellent time and project management with multitasking ability, can-do mentality and a very structured way of working
- Proactive and solution-oriented personality with the self-confidence and skills to communicate at the senior management level
- Excellent language skills in German (min. level C2) and English (min. level C1)
Responsibilities
- Advise your stakeholders across all hierarchical levels on personnel-relevant questions and support them in building high-performing teams - you are the first point of contact for the department
- Build a very close and trusting relationship with the managers in our centers to drive topics such as organizational structure, management training, performance management and employee satisfaction
- Take responsibility for your own projects and processes - from onboarding new colleagues to leaving - and thus ensure a positive employee experience in our production centers
- Manage your daily tasks such as structural changes, salary benchmarking, feedback and salary increase cycles and work on department-specific projects that you define to suit the personnel strategy
- Bring our HR processes to the next level and build HR guidelines for your Production Centers
