Summary
Join Keywords Studios as a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of Player Engagement services across the EMEA region. This strategic sales role requires a proven track record in SaaS, customer experience solutions, and AI-driven technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of support services, enhancing client player experiences. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in SaaS, customer experience (CX), or gaming technology sectors
- Demonstrated success in selling complex, high-value solutions involving AI, automation, or customer support platforms to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience selling player support services, community management, player safety, and related technology platforms, ideally within the gaming industry or adjacent sectors
- Strong background in managing and growing commercial client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to key accounts
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and AI-driven support technologies, including chatbots, NLP, and predictive analytics
- Experience collaborating with solutions architecture teams to position integrated service offerings that deliver measurable business impact
- Solid understanding of customer experience, player support, and community engagement strategies within digital entertainment or tech environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally with central teams to drive divisional growth and support organizational objectives
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Experience operating within remote, cross-functional, and high-growth environments, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving markets
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles by identifying client challenges and aligning our solutions to deliver measurable, long-term impact
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies and services, with a focus on high-growth gaming and digital entertainment clients
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, product teams and other central functions to design tailored offerings that seamlessly integrate human support, AI, and automation
- Leverage data-driven insights to accurately forecast pipeline, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize sales performance and operational efficiency
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on player support, customer experience, and community engagement innovation
- Represent Keywords Studios at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and generating qualified business opportunities
- Drive new business growth across the Player Engagement portfolio, including AI-powered support platforms, automation tools, community management, player safety, and related technology services
