Requirements
- You have solid experience selling through broker networks, such as by working with brokers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), insurance sales organizations, or in a key account role within an insurance company
- You are experienced in distribution, marketplace or reseller partnerships
- You possess analytical skills and strategic planning abilities, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- A team player by nature, you strive to find effective solutions and work towards ambitious targets
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and youβre fluent in both French, Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- You understand the cybersecurity landscape and can integrate it seamlessly into partner, client, or service models
- You are open to travel up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, serving as the primary channel to sell our tech and insurance products
- Partner closely with the broking and sales teams of our broker partners to identify leads and win new clients
- Work alongside our marketing team to design targeted marketing initiatives that strengthen broker relationships and attract clients
- Collaborate with our tech, sales, marketing, and insurance teams to implement strategies that enhance the value we provide to brokers and their clients
