Requirements
- You have 4+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud or SaaS markets
- Comfortable with generating and managing large volumes of leads from cold outreaches through email, Linkedin and personal network
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and work in an unstructured environment
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS technology
- No ego and willingness to do whatever it takes for the team to win
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Responsibilities
- Spend a considerable amount of time driving new business growth for our Teams and API product by prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential clients
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, helping close out business opportunities for the SMB vertical
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges and positioning our AI-powered solutions effectively to address their needs
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and discovery sessions to showcase the value and capabilities of our SaaS platform
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to develop and execute sales strategies and tailor approaches for different market segments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and the technical solutions consultants, to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our product within the market
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasted opportunities within the CRM
- Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute insights and feedback to help refine sales processes and strategies
