Requirements

  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, negotiate deals, and build rapport with both clients and colleagues
  • Have a track record of achievement in sales roles, demonstrating the ability to meet and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution
  • Have an innate ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and cultivate meaningful relationships is essential for fostering long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Possess a competitive spirit and a relentless drive to achieve targets, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional results in every aspect of their work
  • Be adept at utilizing CRM platforms and sales tools such as Hubspot, Salesloft, Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., to streamline processes, track progress, and optimize sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Execute all initial communications and sales interactions with prospective partners, ensuring a professional and engaging first impression
  • Reach out to prospects via multiple outbound channels, including LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
  • Develop and implement innovative multi-channel business development strategies to connect with decision-makers and VP/C-suite stakeholders in target accounts
  • Leverage experience in engaging with various stakeholders within target accounts to build comprehensive and effective outreach campaigns
  • Lead creative research initiatives to identify and acquire new prospects, utilizing advanced research techniques
  • Manage all prospects and secured leads in the company’s CRM or Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Create compelling business development materials and communications to capture and maintain the interest of potential clients
  • Demonstrate creativity in attracting attention while maintaining a smooth and professional approach
  • Conduct thorough research to establish a personal connection with prospects, enhancing the effectiveness of outreach efforts
  • Articulate and demonstrate the steps you would follow to convert cold outreach into warm outreach, fostering stronger relationships with prospects
  • Attend regional networking events and opportunities to build connections and identify potential business leads
