Summary

Join the Midnight Foundation as a Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of the Midnight protocol, a next-generation blockchain platform. You will develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, identify and secure strategic partnerships, and grow developer and enterprise engagement. Responsibilities include negotiating partnership agreements, building relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams, providing strategic insights, and representing the Foundation at industry events. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant field, proven success in business development, a strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (especially ZK technology), and a robust Web3 network. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven success in business development, partnerships, or growth roles—ideally within blockchain, fintech, or enterprise tech
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially ZK technology, DeFi, privacy infrastructure, or digital identity
  • A robust network across Web3, with relationships in developer communities, L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets, dApps, or regulatory-focused ventures
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—able to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, project management tools, and basic data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of the Midnight protocol
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue partnership opportunities across the Web3, enterprise, and open-source developer ecosystems
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that support strategic goals and unlock new ecosystem value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including founders, technical leaders, investors, and community influencers
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to align go-to-market initiatives with core objectives
  • Provide strategic insights into emerging market trends, competitive landscape, and partnership performance
  • Represent the Midnight Foundation at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs related to ecosystem growth, adoption, and partner success
