Summary
Join Avive Solutions, Inc., a rapidly growing AED company, as a full-time Business Development Representative. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, you will play a vital role in generating revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects through various communication channels, managing the entire sales cycle, and contributing to the sales team's overall performance. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in business development or inside sales, proficiency in sales tools, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the company's mission of saving lives. An anticipated On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $110,000 is offered.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Inside Sales Account Executive, with a strong background in lead generation through cold calling and emails, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and closing deals
- Willingness to dive into new projects, experiment, quickly learn from failures, and scale successful efforts
- Proficiency in Outreach, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and other sales-based tools and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and leadership abilities. Problem-solving skills are a must
- A positive mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and coachability. You should be open to learning new tools, systems, and best -practices to continuously improve
- Flexibility and patience in a rapidly evolving startup environment, understanding that reports and processes may change frequently
- Active listening skills, with a talent for building relationships, tactfully overcoming objections, and finding creative solutions to challenges

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging email and engaging in heavy outbound calling
- Set up quality meetings, manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals
- Contribute to sales team units sold
- Develop creative and customized outreach strategies to reach potential customers
- Utilize your resilience, positivity, curiosity, and passion for our mission to remain focused and determined in your outreach and follow-up activities
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals across multiple sectors and mediums
