Business Development Representative, Inside Sales

Join the Better Business Bureau's award-winning Business Development team as an Inside Sales Representative! This remote position offers uncapped commission potential, earning between $45,000-$100,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $150,000. You will make 80-100 cold calls daily, selling BBB Accreditation to businesses. The ideal candidate is a proven closer with a passion for success, strong work ethic, and a commitment to integrity. We provide comprehensive training, leading to the BBB Sales Accreditation Certification. Enjoy a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, with excellent benefits and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• At least two years of prior sales experience
• Past sales awards and achievements
• A great voice and ability to sell and close over the phone
• Active listening skills and the ability to control a conversation
• A closer mentality that is not afraid to get to the “yes”
• A passion for success and earning money!
• Strong work ethic and character. Being able to self-manage and hit daily goals
• Honesty; high level of integrity
• Trainable and Coachable
• Ability to adapt to technology, including our CRM, Microsoft Office 365 programs, and the proficiency to enter client data while pitching
• A clean criminal background
• An understanding that hard work pays off, that activity leads to results, and what you put in is what you’ll get out

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100 cold calls daily
• Sell the value of becoming a BBB Accredited Business
• Identify, vet, and highlight the value of BBB Accreditation to businesses across a wide range of industries
• Source leads proactively
• Enter client data while pitching
