Business Development Representative

Summary

Join the Women in Tech Sales (WITS) Bootcamp, a 5-day virtual intensive training program designed to equip women with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in B2B SaaS tech sales. The bootcamp covers various aspects of sales, including value proposition development, lead generation, and closing deals. Participants will benefit from expert coaching, networking opportunities, and access to potential employers. The program culminates in virtual speed interview sessions with hiring partners. While employment is not guaranteed, a high percentage of past participants have secured jobs shortly after graduation. The cost is $199 CAD, with scholarships potentially available.

Requirements

• Identify as female
• Be driven to pursue a career in sales
• Be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Be available from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM EST the week of bootcamp as well as the Thursday evening the week before from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST for the virtual Intro Mixer
• Attend each day to participate in the speed interviews and receive your WITS graduate certification

• Develop an effective value proposition
• Lead generation and management
• Prospecting and executing sales calls
• Handling objections and closing deals
• Selling virtually
• Prepare for an interview and get hired
