  • Have experience with email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker)
  • Be familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Have the ability to personalize messages and think creatively to improve response rates

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Research and identify ideal prospects based on our target market
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Manage and track outreach efforts using CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Write and send compelling cold emails to generate responses
  • Personalize outreach messages based on different prospect segments
  • Utilize automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker) to scale and optimize outreach
  • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and messaging to engage potential leads
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest
  • Ask the right questions to qualify prospects before handing them off to the sales team
  • Follow up on initial outreach to drive engagement and increase conversion rates
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and strategy
  • Track performance metrics (e.g., email response rates, booked meetings)
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness
