Summary

SupportYourApp is hiring a Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and provide high-level quality service for IT companies. The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, or Project Management and excellent communication skills. They should be disciplined, stress resistant, emotionally intelligent, persistent, able to work in a team and independently, and have fast learning skills. As a Business Development Specialist, they will research prospective new customers, conduct meetings with clients, handle email correspondence, assist in writing commercial proposals, coordinate with other teams, provide sales reports, and work collaboratively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, or Project Management
• Fluent English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking)
• Excellent communication skills
• Discipline and ability to plan, organize and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Stress resistance and confidence
• Emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms
• Conduct meetings with clients
• Handle email correspondence with the prospects
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs
• Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Provide consistent, accurate and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management
