Summary

The job is for a Business Development Specialist at SupportYourApp, a global Support-as-a-Service company. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and providing high-level quality service for IT companies. The candidate should have 2+ years of proven experience in business development, fluency in English (C1-C2), excellent communication skills, discipline, ability to work in a team and independently, fast learning skills, adaptability, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in business development is a must
• Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar
• Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market
• Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking)
• Experience in conducting Discovery calls
• Have successful closed deals
• Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner
• Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms
• Conduct meetings with clients
• Handle email correspondence with the prospects
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs
• Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management
• Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs
