Summary

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and preferably CRM software (Ex: Salesforce)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist in following up with leads and prospects to schedule meetings and calls
  • Support in the execution of contracts and agreements with partners and clients
  • Assist in creating and maintaining partners/clients’ accounts in our CRM system
  • Help set up and manage campaigns to drive sales and engagement
  • Conduct research and identify potential leads and prospects on LinkedIn
  • Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations
  • Manage and organize calendars for the business development team
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls with partners/clients and prospects
  • Assist in the setup and takedown of trade show booths and materials
  • Engage with attendees and assist in generating leads during trade shows
  • Support in creating marketing materials and content as needed
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to business development activities
