Join Nearsure's LATAM team as a Business GTM Lead (Adobe) and contribute to achieving the annual revenue target for the Adobe business line. This 100% remote role involves retaining and growing existing clients, acquiring new clients, and implementing go-to-market strategies. You will manage a growth squad, lead demos and discovery sessions, build strong client relationships, and drive innovation by proposing new Adobe offerings. Responsibilities

• Achieve Annual Adobe Target
• Retain and grow existing clients
• Acquire, land, and expand new clients
• Implement and Prioritize GTM Strategies
• Focus on the most impactful go-to-market strategies for Adobe, track results, and adjust as needed
• Lead Growth Squad
• Manage a team including outbound and marketing specialists, a sales executive, and a partner manager (not all roles are applicable)
• Act as the main Sales executive within the squad
• Take full accountability for all Adobe-related opportunities and leads
• Lead (or coordinate with Studio Manager) demos, discovery sessions, technical proposals, estimates, and solution architecture
• Build Strong Client Relationships
• Engage deeply with clients to understand needs, aligning Adobe solutions to create value and success
• Drive Innovation
• Propose new Adobe offerings or services to meet evolving market demands
• Collaborate with other Squad Leaders
• Seek cross-selling opportunities, share best practices and lessons learned
