Requirements

  • Have relevant IT/computer science/data analysis experience
  • Be skilled in and enjoy utilizing various software platforms to manage and make sense of data
  • Be self-motivated and able to effectively manage your time
  • Be a quick learner and can quickly absorb new information
  • Have the skill to put information in a detailed, logical, high-quality reports/graphs and can quickly identify and convey associated trends within the data
  • Be detail orientated and incorporate such skills into all your various work activities
  • Be disciplined in adhering to deliverable timelines
  • Have a strong ability to identify and fix data issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Be a strategic thinker that looks beyond just going through the motions and can see the bigger picture and identify when outputs don’t make sense based on the broader context and may require additional investigation
  • A passion to electrify transportation
  • CS. degree in an IT related field
  • 3+ years of proficiency in data manipulation, e.g., SQL and Python
  • 3+ years of experience building well-designed dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar software
  • Direct experience with Salesforce and Tableau
  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
  • Ability to deeply understand business customer needs and abstract them into data product requirements; has actively participated in the entire process of commercial product development from inception to scaling
  • Excellent excel and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in taking large amounts of data and developing reports to align with a set of pre-defined metrics
  • Exemplary analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Utilize software tools to manipulate, validate, and update large datasets
  • Manage the development process of dashboards including requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery
  • Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights for leadership and business stakeholders
  • Manage ticketing queue and support requests for ad-hoc data analysis
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and turn into actionable data sets
  • Set and manage KPIs for sales
  • Develop executive ready reporting and visualizations to provide easy to digest actions out of complex problems
  • Work closely with cross functional team(s) to ensure alignment with business requirements and understanding of project goals and timeline
  • Steward of data governance
  • Improve forecast modeling based on historical data

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant SaaS industry experience
  • Direct experience with JIRA/Confluence
