Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business analytics in finance, banking, consulting, accounting or similar sectors
  • Good level of SQL with an ambition to improve
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • Ability to identify and suggest potential improvements in the payments domain, by analyzing transactional, business and market data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way

Responsibilities

  • Lead the data collection and integration projects within the payments domain
  • Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights into payment performance, transaction volumes, and other indicators
  • Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes and reduce operational costs, work with payment ops and product teams to optimize payment routing and reduce payment failures
  • Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Collaborate with other teams such as finance, customer support, and product development to address payment-related challenges and opportunities
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making
