Business Intelligence Manager

Summary

Join Bitcoin Depot as a Business Intelligence Manager and play a vital role in supporting the company's growth by providing key insights from large datasets. You will collaborate with department heads and the executive team to develop new reporting suites, automate processes, and manage the Tableau site. This role requires no back-end development. Bitcoin Depot is the world's largest Bitcoin ATM network, recognized as a top workplace. The position involves managing a team, creating analytics, and overseeing the company's Tableau reporting suite. You will use SQL to drive standardized reporting and help identify potential locations for future Bitcoin ATM deployments.

Requirements

• 3+ years working in a role with direct experience using Tableau and managing reporting from large data sets
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience writing SQL and managing large data sets (preferably in AWS of GBQ)
• Advanced experience creating Tableau dashboards
• Desire and ability to become a subject matter expert on underlaying data
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with department heads to service data needs, process automation, and the building of cadenced reporting for multiple teams
• Create analytics, support ongoing analytical needs, design new analytical views and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality analytics solutions for the company
• Manage processes related to the development of advanced analytics to support the company's strategic objectives
• Manage company Tableau reporting suite and field requests for changes on existing views
• Create SQL statements to drive standardized reporting across company
• Oversee the location analysis team, to help identify potential locations for future Bitcoin ATM deployments
