Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategy, preferably within digital, e-commerce, or B2B environments
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Foundational knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) to ensure data is structured for accurate reporting
• Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a passion for teaching BI concepts and enabling teams to become more data-driven
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing reporting solutions, ensuring data is both accurate and business-relevant
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and drive alignment across teams
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize BI solutions, refining data processes to enhance insights and decision-making
• Translate business needs into scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models for strategic decision-making
• Mentor and educate teams and stakeholders on BI best practices, tools, and data-driven strategies
• Ensure data integrity and reliability, managing reporting databases and identifying improvement opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, business opportunities, and operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain serviceable data models and ETL processes
