Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is often required
  • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP) can be an advantage
  • Language skills: Advanced German and English knowledge is mandatory
  • Proven experience in human resource management, project management, process management or a related role
  • Experience with human resource management tools and software can be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Allocate human resources in chapters in Germany to various projects based on priority, availability, and skill sets
  • Assign staff to projects, considering individual skills, experience, and career development objectives. Monitor and manage resource utilization to ensure optimal use of workforce capacity
  • Assist in preparing and managing financials related to workforce utilization
  • Monitor spending to ensure it aligns with the budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Work closely with project managers to understand human resource requirements and timelines. Develop human resource plans and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Adjust human resource allocation as project requirements evolve
  • Generate reports on human resource utilization, availability, and performance. Use data analytics to forecast future human resource needs and identify potential bottlenecks
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding human resources. Keep stakeholders informed about human resource availability and project status
  • Identify potential human resource-related risks (e.g., over-allocation, skill gaps) and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
