Requirements

  • 2+ years in project management, business operations, financial operations, or similar function
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent critical, creative and data thinking, decision-making and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain organizational cadences for product roadmaps, release planning, and operating reviews
  • Execute on short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) plans
  • Manage cross functional projects and drive efficiency by building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Coordinate across all teams for delivery on regular rhythms and cadences
  • Ensure quality and regular communications across teams for internal and external updates
  • Establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
  • Maintain portfolio operations by optimizing processes and driving efficiency across our projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and Workday
  • Industry expertise in payments and / or technology
  • Experience with audit preparedness within FinTech industry
