Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within a financial services environment
• Proficient in data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Work with the data team to Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making
• Create detailed business reports, including financial performance, partner trends, and operational efficiency
• Forecast operational needs and trends to guide resource allocation and strategic planning
• Identify opportunities for automation of routine tasks to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals
• Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to foster business growth and expansion
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners
• Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements
• Ensure that all partnership agreements are well-defined, legally sound, and align with the company's objectives
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute partnership contracts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly
• Document processes and maintain operational standards for scalability
• Support the planning and execution of key business initiatives and projects
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges
• Act as a liaison between operations and other departments to align priorities and resources
