Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience working in a business operations or business analysis role
  • Proven experience with a data-driven mindset in ambiguous environments, including extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. You’re able to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders within a business
  • Experience juggling multiple tasks - across multiple stakeholders and competing deliverables - while managing to and delivering on a timeline
  • Action-oriented and intellectually curious mindset. You’re eager to roll up your sleeves to autonomously better understand a problem or new subject area
  • A growth mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous start-up environments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams by supporting and driving key initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Build process and leverage technology to drive scalable growth in critical support functions of the business
  • Deliver critical business insights through ongoing analytical support and ad hoc analysis
  • Develop, maintain, and improve management reporting to drive understanding of business performance and identify any issues or opportunities
  • Assist senior leadership with strategic planning through process facilitation, insights generation, and ongoing reporting and progress tracking
  • Own, manage, and support cross-functional projects and initiatives to address organizational priorities
  • Support Board-level communications and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations
  • Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience with SQL
