Summary

The job description is for a BizOps Associate/Analyst at CookUnity, a meal delivery startup that connects consumers with chefs. The role involves driving impactful initiatives across various areas such as Strategy, Planning, Operations, Finance, Business, Technology, Marketing, and Org Design.

Requirements

• Experience in aspects/concepts cross to an ORG: value proposition, strategy, funding, technology, ops, branding, GTM, or building high-functioning leadership teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Corporate finance knowledge to create high-level business cases to prioritize and estimate the impact of multiple initiatives/solutions across the company
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with internal consulting projects (Multi-sector: Logistics, Operations, Growth, Finance)
• Identify business needs related to best practices
• Participate in the strategy design according to the business needs
• Partner with teams to increase their outputs/results
• Be part of the leading team of transformation processes
• Design, plan and implement complex information and infrastructure systems to support business strategies
• Assist the department in improving monitoring, automation, and self-healing
