Responsibilities

• Have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Presentation software
• Provide customer service experience
• Understand online marketing and e-commerce
• Listen to a customer's challenges and ask questions to understand their needs
• Experience presenting at either University or at your current job
