Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, organizing, and editing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Support the creation of proposal outlines, status reports, and schedules
• Contribute to the development of sales materials, presentations, brochures, and other business development collateral
• Assist with planning and preparing presentations, including coordination of prep meetings and on-site support
• Research and analyze trends in sports and entertainment business development to provide recommendations for improving storytelling and design
• Assist with tracking and analyzing proposal outcomes, including win-loss reporting and debriefs
• Other duties as assigned
