Business Process Analyst

Requirements

• Written and spoken English is at Upper-Intermediate level
• At least 1.5 years of proven experience in business process analysis and improvement
• Understanding of process design and re-engineering
• Basic understanding of automation tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather insights on current processes
• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Design and re-engineer business processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement automated solutions to streamline operations
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on new processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Knowledge of BPMN or similar frameworks to visually represent and communicate processes
• Experience in leading workshops and discussions to gather input and drive consensus among stakeholders
