Requirements

• Strong analytical skills – experience with SQL, Tableau (or similar), and key business metrics
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making – customer segmentation, LTV analysis, and data exploration
• Excellent communication & presentation – translating complex insights into clear recommendations
• Business acumen – a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and commercial strategy
• Self-driven and impact-oriented mindset – you proactively identify and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and revenue owners on business performance and growth opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and uncover insights to accelerate business growth and increase operational efficiency
• Drive a data-driven culture across Jimdo, ensuring that analytics fuel decision-making
• Build and optimize self-service data capabilities so teams can access insights independently
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and Analytics teams to align strategic initiatives
