Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS technologies used by internal employees
  • Experience in establishing effective business partnerships within and outside the organization
  • Manage customer relationships to gather business requirements and processes to support needs fulfillment
  • Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines and projects, and keep peers, partners, and supervisors abreast of activities
  • Proficiency in leading user interviews, requirements gathering, creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artifacts, including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents, and reporting scripts
  • Strong analytical and system design skills, problem-solving skills, and a track record of seeing tasks through to successful completion
  • Experience working in a technical environment and being able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mind, attention to detail, and investigative skills
  • Experience working with self-service support tools in a high-growth company to promote shift-left initiatives as well as moving information and help from support staff to self-service knowledge repositories

Responsibilities

  • Work as a strategic partner of the business by aligning with business groups on strategic vision and business priorities then be the liaison between business and technology
  • Understand technology capabilities required to support business needs
  • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for applications in scope by proactively communicating and collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Lead business requirements gathering sessions and analyze key business processes and requirements
  • Understand business process, issues, use cases, requirements, system integrations, reporting and data flow in depth
  • Drive productivity and creativity by improving existing processes or implementing new business processes through technology solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current and future application usage across teams & personas
  • Collaborate closely with technical lead and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and integrated technology design and solution
  • Develop and implement best practices and governance for application access, usage, & data across the organization
  • Work with business users to document, manage, and prioritize bug fixings and enhancements
  • Drive enablement program to increase adoption of core applications (training, support documentation, office hours)
  • Support business users on system configuration and administration including identifying system issues and troubleshooting and analyzing potential solutions including workarounds
  • Support product development and release lifecycle by working with technical lead and developers to test and release new system functions to ensure on time delivery of new product and features including assisting with new releases and approving all User Acceptance Testing
  • Participate in sprint planning and other team rituals, on-call for your area as well as other team rituals, with a focus on continual process reflection and improvement over time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in computer science or engineering preferred
  • 5+ years in an IT environment supporting Enterprise SAAS Applications
  • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization with minimal supervision
  • Analytical Thinking. Analyzing issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions and translating conclusions into timely decisions and actions
  • Business Engagement. Manage customer relationships to gather business requirements and processes to support request fulfillment needs
  • Customer focused, able to collaborate and influence others to drive actions to meet business needs while maintaining a positive, professional outlook
