Business Unit Finance Manager

Summary

Join GoDaddy's finance team as a strategic Finance Manager supporting multiple business units. You will lead financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. This remote position in India requires working three out of five days until 10 pm IST. Partner with leadership, build financial models, and ensure accuracy in financial processes. Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of business and industry trends
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, executive communication, and presentation abilities
• Technical skills in Excel and Tableau

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on opportunities and initiatives
• Build financial models for initiatives to support leadership in strategic decision-making
• Work with the Business Unit Finance Teams ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes
• Support annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability
• Develop and implement financial initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
• Communicate financial information effectively to all levels of the organization
• Foster a collaborative and outcomes-focused work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Knowledge in Workday, Adaptive, and SQL
• Professional certification such as CFA or CA
