Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in a finance management role, preferably within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of various financial systems (such as Ramp, Spendesk, and Xero) to ensure accurate financial records and maintain the integrity of our financial data
• Oversee and manage the company's financial systems to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
• Review and process accounts receivable and payable, including coordinating weekly payments to vendors, reviewing vendor statements, and updating the bookkeeping system with vendor invoices
• Conduct regular check-ins with the Procurement team to ensure adherence to budgets and invoice integrity
• Assist in payroll preparation and adjustments to ensure accurate employee compensation
• Provide support in managing employee-related financial matters and ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare and present financial reports for weekly executive team meetings and other key stakeholders, including the Regional Directors and Procurement Team
• Conduct daily check-ins with the CFO to provide updates and address any urgent financial matters
• Participate in strategic planning and provide insights to support decision-making processes
