Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in C# .NET
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Experience working with Predictive Assessment methodologies
• Proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, and SQL
• Ability to complete and pass a coding test as part of the hiring process
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using C# .NET and Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Work with Predictive Assessment tools to improve system functionality and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and test software solutions
• Integrate and manage SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
• Utilize jQuery and JavaScript to enhance user interfaces and system interactivity
• Ensure software quality and performance through coding tests and best practices
• Apply insurance industry knowledge, especially in back-office operations, to develop tailored solutions
