C++ Team Lead

Summary

Join our team as an experienced C++ Team Lead and take on a challenge in building new teams, designing and developing systems, delegating tasks, and overseeing their execution. We seek candidates who are skilled in managing a team, taking responsibility for the final product, and demonstrating attention to detail.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with handling large volumes of incoming data
• Multithreading programming, understanding of CPU memory models
• Understanding of Linux system
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Decent level of written and spoken English to work in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Create a new team that will take on some of the numerous challenges
• Take responsibility for delivering new functionality
• Manage the team members and hire new people to ensure fast delivery of new functionality and quick responses to problems in existing parts

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency
• Experience in HFT, telecommunication, game development, or any other field that works with limited resources and optimization
• Knowledge of networks and interaction protocols
