Campaign Director

Summary

Join Logos, a volunteer-driven project rebuilding civil society through culture and technology, as a key member of our communications team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to communicate our mission and vision to a broad audience, fostering community growth, and inspiring participation. This role requires a background in community building or political campaigns, at least 5 years of team management experience, and a deep understanding of web3. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. The compensation is negotiable and can be paid in fiat or crypto.

Requirements

• Background in building community organisations, political campaigns, or working for humanitarian causes
• Minimum of 5 years managing a team, budgets, and goals
• Passion for, and in-depth understanding of, web3
• A strong alignment with our principles
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn, read, lead, and act
• Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand written content
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships across the entire organisation

Responsibilities

• Help audiences to understand our aims, and provide paths to participate in our organization
• Foster volunteer-driven contributions that builds our movement whilst encouraging autonomy
• Involve yourself in the campaign planning process, including budgets, resourcing and prioritization
• Alongside a project manager and brand manager, help lead a communication team that executes upon campaigns
• Design processes and bring about the necessary structure and information for local Logos communities/cells to thrive
• Increase donations to the organization
• Ensure Logos’ humanitarian aims are clearly communicated
• Track and measure the impact of campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for an open source organization
• Background in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Background in Political Science
• A passion for Network States / Parallel Societies
