Summary

Join OLIVER, a global marketing agency, as a Campaign Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will develop strong relationships with local clients across APAC, oversee campaign delivery, and work closely with the Account Director. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of CRM experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience within an agency, B2B or B2C environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have proven experience delivering campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud in previous roles
  • Complete understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Cloud Pages
  • Fluent with data and has a high-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Highly effective analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently
  • Strong client-facing presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead others
  • Excellent client engagement & communication skills, with the ability to proactively influence and negotiate, to build strong effective working relationships
  • A strong team player, able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable with working with remote clients and functional team in different time zones and cultures
  • Flawless execution and delivery of projects on time, on budget, and with excellence
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to and drive change
  • A commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail
  • Manages conflict in a positive and assertive manner for the best outcome

Responsibilities

  • Work in true collaboration with your client to establish a deep understanding of the business; their needs, expectations, and requirements in order to provide first-class service and positive client experience
  • Working with Business Director and Account Director to forecast budget and proactively seek out further campaign opportunities to facilitate resource utilisation
  • Responsible for the client’s brand guardianship; working closely with your clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing, provide insightful feedback, and understanding markets’ local nuances to successful high-quality delivery of assets
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Email Marketing projects within the APAC market. Working with your clients to initiate and scope new briefs, managing pipeline of work, preparing production-ready briefs for creatives, allocating required resources, designing project plans for delivery, and ensuring the accurate interpretation of WIP feedback during the creative process
  • Delivering projects following best practises, delivering minimal versions, meeting deadlines, and managing scope
  • Responsible for the management, collaboration, and facilitation of the Email Production Specialist, striving to find solutions on day-to-day challenges and decision points. You’ll have the ability to drive and motivate a team, ensuring they remain focussed and connected through to successful project completion
