Summary

The job is for a Campaign Manager in Limble's outbound sales team. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Development Representative or Sales Development Manager in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing successful outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop Campaign Strategy
  • Draft target audience, value proposition, and messaging approach
  • Collaborate with SDR Director, Managers, Marketing and Operations teams to refine strategies
  • Analyze past campaign data to inform new strategies
  • Create multi-touch, multi-channel sequences in Outreach
  • Develop email templates, call scripts, and social outreach content
  • Design personalization opportunities within campaigns
  • Work with Marketing to align outbound campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
  • Develop and refine battle cards and objection handling guides as needed
  • Create comprehensive campaign briefs
  • Shadow top-performing SDRs to gather insights
  • Work closely with SDR Managers on campaign structure and execution
  • Partner with Operations to set up and monitor campaign performance tracking
  • Align with Marketing on messaging consistency and brand guidelines
  • Participate in campaign kickoff meetings and provide initial support
  • Collaborate with Operations team to set up tracking and reporting
  • Review performance data regularly and implement optimizations
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and document learnings and best practices
  • Work with key stakeholders to define and track relevant KPIs
  • Assist SDR Managers in preparing for campaign-specific training sessions
  • Contribute to SDR team’s understanding and execution of new campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or similar role
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools
  • Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
