Requirements
- 1+ years of experience, ideally in a recruiting or administrative/professional services setting. Experience with an ATS preferred
- Some experience managing projects or coordinating tasks
- Clear, polished, professional, and engaging written and verbal communication
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work processes
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all candidate interviews, ensuring timely scheduling
- Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure accuracy and organization of candidate information and recruiting data in the applicant tracking system
- Identify opportunities to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring an optimal time to hire is maintained
- Create a positive and engaging experience for candidates
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers to support their needs and priorities in the recruitment process
