This remote position will oversee all aspects of the company's capital management strategy, including raising capital for various funds and investments. You will collaborate with the CIO, finance team, and external partners to expand the investor base and scale the firm's investment model. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience related to PE or CRE capital raising
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage, educate, and guide investors
  • Service-oriented and proactive, with a passion for developing strong relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to develop, implement, and refine processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive capital raising strategies to attract new investors and raise $60M annually
  • Build & maintain investor relationships, provide world class communication, and ensure all stakeholders receive the best experience in the industry
  • Work with internal staff and external vendors to ensure quarterly reporting and annual tax documents are delivered on time
  • Build, manage, and improve 52TENโ€™s capital management processes
  • Oversee all marketing content and collateral related to capital
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Learn all aspects of the business related to offerings, tax, and capital structures
  • Maintain the highest standards and moral conduct to ensure capital is preserved

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA)
  • Proven capital raising success, with a strong network of investor relationships
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and private equity and debt structures
  • Content writing experience related to investment real estate
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Basecamp, Google suite of tools, Microsoft suite of tools, and investor portals is a plus, or at a minimum, the ability to learn quickly
  • Willingness to travel to events
