Summary

BlueVoyant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capture Manager to join their Strategic Development Group. The Capture Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive capture strategies to secure government contracts, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a proven track record of capturing and securing government contracts, excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully capturing and securing government contracts, particularly in the Federal sector
• Excellent organizational, account management, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create compelling value propositions for government clients
• Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on understanding customer needs and requirements
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of client and partner organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies to secure government contracts
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the capture process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including proposal development, project management, and technical experts
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the capture process
