Summary
Join Lead Bank, a fintech building banking infrastructure, as their Card Program Manager. Oversee the development, implementation, and management of card programs, focusing on BIN Sponsorship. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in card program management or a related field within financial services
- Strong understanding of card payment systems and industry regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of all card programs, including product development, implementation, and ongoing operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the card programs, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth
- Ensure all card programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
- Manage relationships with card issuers, payment processors, and other third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations and optimal service levels
- Monitor program performance through data analysis and reporting. Use insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
- All other duties as assigned
