Requirements

  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and drive program improvements
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement long-term plans for the card programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging situations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of all card programs, including product development, implementation, and ongoing operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the card programs, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth
  • Ensure all card programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
  • Manage relationships with card issuers, payment processors, and other third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations and optimal service levels
  • Monitor program performance through data analysis and reporting. Use insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
